Punters Ledger is run by the Punters Ledger partnership, ABN 28 796 427 311, in Australia. You can reach us any time at support@puntersledger.com. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

Punters Ledger is a record keeper for social punters clubs. It tracks your club’s bets, results, ladder and money records.

It is not a bookmaker or a gambling service. No bet is ever placed through the app, and we never hold, transfer or pay out any of your club’s betting money. The kitty shown in the app is a record of cash your club manages itself, wherever your club actually keeps it. Any betting your club does happens outside the app, with operators of your own choosing, and is your club’s own responsibility.

The app records betting activity, so it is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Everything in your club’s ledger is entered by its own members and admins. We keep the records safe and add them up correctly, but the accuracy of what gets entered, and any disagreement between members about bets, dues or the kitty, is for your club to sort out. We are the notebook, not the referee.

Clubs pay a subscription at the price shown when you sign up, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your club keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including its consumer guarantees. If something is wrong with the service, email us and we will make it right.

Some features use AI: the Old Bookie answers stats questions, makes calls on bets, and can read a betslip photo to save you typing. All of it is entertainment and record keeping built on your club’s own numbers. None of it is betting advice, financial advice, or a prediction you should rely on, and the slip reader can make mistakes, so check what it fills in.

Use the app lawfully and don’t interfere with it: no attacking or overloading the service, no scraping other clubs’ data, no using it for anything other than running your punters club. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We work hard to keep the app fast and available but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the subscription fees your club paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this section excludes rights the Australian Consumer Law gives you that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters we will tell you in the app or by email, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it. You can stop using the app and cancel at any time. These terms are governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory.
